NEW YORK — Taylor Swift wore two red dresses in one week. Besides being trendy this fall, red is definitely Taylor’s color. She looked flawless both times.

Taylor wore a red satin dress to Tommy Hilfiger Show during NY Fashion Week on September 17, accessorizing it with Lauren Merkin clutch and Stuart Weitzman Dorothy shoes (product links are below). By the way, 2009 was year of Louboutin and Zanotti with Weitzman flying way below radar, but we started noticing more and more celebrities opting for Weitzman footwear lately.

Honestly, we were surprised to see Taylor at Tommy Hilfiger show. TH Spring 2010 looked very much classic, albeit it was like a field guide to combining pale pink with other colors.

NEW YORK– We caught Rihanna shopping at Barneys NY on Madison Avenue and having dinner at Da Silvano Restaurant last Tuesday (8/11/2009). Rihanna was dressed in a Rag & Bone sheath floral print dress ($276.75 at Barneys) and BALMAIN Ankle Fringe flats [sold out was $525 at Chickdowntown]. It’s nice dress, but we’d rather see Rihanna wear it with heels, not flats.

Rihanna carried an obscene oversize clutch that read something like this (in sequin), “such a f*ing lady wait your torn.”
