NEW YORK — Actress Rumer Willis visited Late Show With David Letterman on Tuesday (9/1/2009) to promote her new horror flick Sorority Row. Dressed in a girlie white dress with cutouts teamed with a floral hair accessory, Rumer talked about her mom, dad, and step-father, Ashton Kutcher.

We guessed Rumer’s dress as modified Zac Posen Resort 2010. See the thumbnail on the right. Rumer teamed her dress with Sergio Rossi patent leather pumps. Zappos has the shoe [sold out, was $263].

Rumer recently celebrated her 21st birthday the old fashioned Las Vegas way, gamblin’ and drinkin’.

Rumer was supposed to appear on the show on Monday night but was bumped last minute to Tuesday night. This happened because Howie Mandel and dog tricks competition segments went too long!??
