NEW YORK — R&B singer Rihanna has been hanging out in the Big Apple lately. Think she’s recording an album or something. Rihanna even rides in yellow cabs, eww.
So, pictures here show Rihanna dressed in a black and white pattern motorcycle jacket, a black leather motorcycle skinny pants from Givenchy Spring 2009 Collection, grey t-shirt and purple Nike sneakers.
Rihanna’s jacket requires a bit of explaining. Designer Jeremy Scott gave a classic motorcycle jacket by Schott a make-over inspired by the late iconic artist Keith Haring. The jacket is called Keith Haring Perfecto KH1W and is available in the US for $2025 in black & white and in black & pink through Opening Ceremony. Europeans can find the jacket at Colette for 1945 Euros.
PARIS, FR – Actress Andie MacDowell is a busy bee these days as she is torn between L’Oreal photo-shoots and filming (Andie has 3 movies coming out). We were stunned once again when we saw Andie today while she was shooting an ad campaign for L’Oreal in Paris. Andie looked amazing and radiant in full makeup and in her pink trench coat. She turned 51 last month, you know, and we don’t even photoshop our pictures (well, maybe a little).
OK, here’s a jaw-dropping video clip featuring Gossip Girl actress, Taylor Momsen where she runs away from paparazzi, jumps through the air, jumps on cars and dangles from things. This is some sort of Nike commercial or reality TV, perhaps. We are waiting for Nike’s explanation. Or maybe Momsen’s modeling agency, IMG Models would shed more light on the subject.
The frickin’ video is full of shit though! Even first graders know that actors on the contract are most certainly insured from head to toes and can’t perform such stunts. Besides, after seing Taylor on the set of Gossip Girl so many times, we are certain that this girl cannot perform such physically demanding stunts on her own. It is also nonsense seeing paparazzi shooting Taylor with 70-200mm lenses from, like, 5 feet away.
We only hope that some innocent-Hollywood-acting-singing-teenybopper-up-and-coming-sensation does not take this video for granted and does not try to evade paparazzi like in the video breaking her neck in the process. OK, don’t listen to us. We just envy the clip!
