NEW YORK — So Leighton Meester and Jessica Szohr aren’t just Gossip Girl cast mates. We saw Leighton and Jessica spending their leisure time in SoHo (7/22/2009). The ‘Gossip Girls’ were seen shopping and later had lunch at a SoHo restaurant.

Leighton wore Wayne Bubble Short Shorts in Print ($160, was $320) and a grey sleeveless blouse. She accessorized with Marc Jacobs Bow Gladiator Sandals (sold out). There’s Marc By Marc Jacobs Women’s 693179 sandals ($95.98, was $136.48 via Endless) that could be a nice alternative. Unfortunately, we couldn’t ID Leighton’s fringed bag embellished with an assortment of buttons.

Jessica wore a skinny jeans and The Panthom of the Opera tee. NEW YORK — Leighton Meester has been doing lots of smooching scenes with Ed Westwick lately. These pictures from mid-July show Leighton on location filming Gossip Girl dressed in a lovely burgundy Victoria Beckham Fall 2009 sleeveless dress. Leighton accessorized with Paige Gamble White Matte Python headband ($150), which is not available for sale yet, a python handbag, white shoes and pearl jewelry. We liked the outfit, except for, maybe, headband.
